Quotations

All quotations are valid for 28 days from the date of issue.

Additional Items

If additional items are added on the day of the move that were not declared in the original enquiry, the price will vary accordingly to accommodate the extra volume or weight.

Packing Liability

We only accept liability for items professionally packed and unpacked by MoveMates. We cannot be held liable for damage to items packed by the customer in boxes, bags, or other containers.

Liability Limits

In the event of loss or damage, our liability is strictly limited to the following:

• £25,000 maximum for valued items (if a valuation is declared prior to the move).
• £40 limit per item if no valuation is provided.
• £100 maximum for owner-packed containers, boxes, or bags.
